Summary

Propose deprecating eduNEXT/codejailservice in Verawood and moving toward the upstream openedx/codejail-service.

Why

Open edX already maintains openedx/codejail-service as the upstream effort for containerized codejail.

Maintaining our own repository for this service moves us away from the community standard and increases our maintenance burden. Aligning with the upstream solution should help us stay closer to the Open edX ecosystem, reduce custom maintenance, and simplify future eox-release cycles.

• Identify possible risks and gaps
• Document migration plan
• Mark repository as deprecated if approved
