Can you explain how hyperlinks work from the ContentPage?

What gets called when they touch a hyperlink?

The URL in the href attribute of the hyperlink tag is opened in the default browser on the device.

It would be nice to have a callback that receives the URL so we can do what we want with it.

Can you update it to support anchor point link ?
I really need it, hopefully it has for next feature thank u so much.
