the problem come from the "Tribute Summon a monster (Dragon) in Attack Position" part
There is no way to limite the double tribute to only tribute summon and not tribute set
I made a workaround to deal with the problem by giving an proc to monsters in the hand but the idea have its own limites (no support for 3 tribute monsters for ex)
