If you have monster with an effect like You can only control 1 "..". and you use the effect of Phantom of Chaos to banish a copy of that monster from the GY and copy its name, the monster sent to the GY by game mechanics should be the Phantom of Chaos. Instead, the core lets you choose which of the two to keep with a ??? prompt.
Ruling:
While you control "Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu"/"Earthbound Immortal Aslla piscu"/etc, you can activate the effect of "Phantom of Chaos"/"Neo-Spacian Dark Panther"/etc and target a "Earthbound Immortal Ccapac Apu". After the effect of "Phantom of Chaos"/etc resolves, it is destroyed.
