User story

As an operations lead, I want to share COP snapshots so that decision makers can see the same operational picture at a point in time.

Acceptance criteria

  • Snapshot captures map view, visible layers, selected time, and analysis summary.
  • Snapshot has a shareable URL.
  • Snapshot is read-only by default.
  • Snapshot can be exported as image or PDF briefing artifact.
