User story

As an analyst, I want to save and reload workspaces so that rapid COP products can persist across shifts.

Acceptance criteria

  • Workspace saves datasets, layer settings, map view, DGGS resolution, filters, and annotations.
  • User can reopen a workspace by URL or list view.
  • Saved state survives server restart.
  • Workspace schema is versioned for future migrations.
