Contributor License Agreement (CLA)

Thank you for your interest in contributing to KuttAI (the "Project").
This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") is made between Ecocee (the "Maintainer") and you (the "Contributor").

1. Ownership of Contributions

By submitting any code, documentation, or other material (the "Contribution") to this Project, you agree that:

  • The ownership of the Project and all Contributions is held by Ecocee, represented by Sreeraj V Rajesh.
  • You grant Ecocee an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, distribute, and sublicense your Contribution as part of the Project.
  • You keep your individual copyright over your work, but you cannot revoke Ecocee’s rights to use it within this Project.

2. License of Contributions

  • All Contributions will be licensed under the same license as the Project (see LICENSE.md).
  • You cannot submit Contributions under a different license.
  • You agree that your Contributions are intentionally made available under this license.

3. Warranties

You confirm that:

  • You wrote the code or have the right to submit it.
  • Your Contribution does not infringe on the rights of others (e.g., copyright, patents, or trade secrets).
  • Your Contribution is provided as-is, with no warranties.

4. No Liability

You agree that:

  • Ecocee and its maintainers are not liable for any issues that may arise from your Contributions.
  • You will not hold Ecocee responsible for bugs, security issues, or damages caused by your code.
