Failure in fiat_test_gstats_csv_output_mpi2

What happened?

I got a failure when running ctests in fiat_test_gstats_csv_output_mpi2:

STOP 1
ERROR: GSTATS DID NOT CREATE FILE: gstats.1.csv

What are the steps to reproduce the bug?

Build and run ctests. This seems transient. I am running tests in parallel. This is with gnu12.2.

There are three tests:

fiat_test_gstats_csv_output_mpi0
fiat_test_gstats_csv_output_mpi1
fiat_test_gstats_csv_output_mpi2

which all seem to write to the same output file (gstats.?.cvs). If they jobs are run in parallel then there is a risk that this could happen I guess?
