docs: update architecture documentation

Currently, the architecture documentation is described in this repository:
https://github.com/eclipse-tractusx/ssi-docu/tree/main/docs/architecture

The documentation includes details about the release 3.2. Nevertheless, Tractus-X changed the release schema to new versions like 23.12, 24.03 etc. I am currently missing information for the latest 23.12 release. The current description for release 3.3 is empty:
