Update general dependencies (do in R25.12)

Some of our components are quite old and we should consider updates. Potential components:

• Postgres
• Kubernetes

For the release 25.12:

Issue to upgrade to (Postgres 17): eclipse-tractusx/sig-release#1501

TRG needs to be changed to reference to the right image. Right now it is assigned to Bitnami.
