[AASX2SAMM] Improve AASX2SAMM generator [Part 2]

Following the review by @BirgitBoss, further improvements are needed in the assertion criteria for .ttl generation, especially regarding ConceptDescriptions and example values.

Details:

Enumeration Creation:

• If a ConceptDescription includes a ValueList, an enumeration should be generated for it. For example, ConceptDescription with id=0173-1#02-AAN468#008 for elements within :LanguageList.

Example Values:

• In the Handover Documentation, example values are documented using the Qualifier ExampleValue. These should be considered and included to provide a comprehensive .json example file.
