Asset Ontology Extension Change Request

Purpose
Three subjects will be addressed:

1. A company may own several locations in a relatively closed by area. Like a City or broader city circle. Another hierarchy level might make sence to introduce
2. In the production environment several asset types are frequently used. Tools and handling units are missing to represent the most prominent used assets inside production facilities.
3. As we include handling units, the relationship between assets and buildings must be enriched semantically. This is required to allow broad position assignment in a physical sense.

Scope
The scope of this CR is limited to the previous mentioned points while being fully compliant to the version 1.0.0
