mon_tui enhancements

Context

This issue is to record a few enhancement possibilities regarding mon_tui.

• Dynamic subscribers are never destroyed: When mon_tui creates dynamic subscribers for a visual inspection, these subscribers never seem to be destroyed.
• When inspecting an individual topic, the auto sizing of the split screen may put to much emphazis on the right side of the window, e.g. the topic listings are no longer visible.
