Updating to netstandard or other modern netX frameworks

I'm looking at modernizing my WebJobs project and this is coming up as a dependency that can't be upgraded. I don't mind taking a stab at it in a fork but wanted to open an issue. I use this trigger to batch process queue messages which is really nice 💯

I have a local copy in my .NET 10 project that is working and ported. I think I can contribute it back. It will require updating to the latest Azure Storage Queues v12+ SDK.
