Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When reviewing errors and warnings in Insights, administrators must manually investigate each issue to determine the root cause and possible resolution.

The reported items can vary significantly, including:

  • Template errors
  • Integration errors
  • Configuration issues
  • Other platform warnings and errors

Today, the platform reports what happened, but provides little assistance in understanding why it happened or how it could be resolved.

This increases troubleshooting time, especially for less experienced users.

Describe the solution you'd like

Provide AI-assisted analysis directly from Insights (Health and Event Viewer).

The AI should be able to:

  • Analyze the reported event
  • Explain the error in plain language
  • Suggest likely root causes
  • Recommend possible resolutions
  • Highlight related configuration areas that may need review
  • Optionally suggest relevant documentation

The goal is to assist administrators during troubleshooting, not replace existing logging.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Continue manually reviewing logs, stack traces and documentation.

This works, but requires significantly more investigation, platform knowledge and a technical expert to make sense of it.
