Add software licence

I noticed that your project doesn't have a licence attached. In case you want these configs to be used by other people it would be useful to slap at least an MIT licence on it so that there'd be no legal issues. Right now (as I understand it) every time someone uses these scripts they violate your IP, unless you give them explicit permissions.
