Host minified games within /docs/ folder

This should avoid the necessity to preserve original repositories with their GitHub Pages.

Ideally I need to find a suitable solution to:

• Minify all the javascript files and put them into the game html file
• Create a resources folder from which the games will be able to load resources easily without changes in code

Note to self: When PIXI.JS stops showing the correct font in game all of the sudden, it's a temporary issue which will fix itself. No need to drop all the minification changes etc, they were not the cause.
