empty prefix bug

Hi duo-labs,

I noticed that when path is '' (empty) in config.yaml, the cloudtrail path has an extra slash as "s3://log//AWSLogs/xxxxx/CloudTrail" instead of
"s3://log/AWSLogs/xxxxx/CloudTrail". Which means that the path for the cloudtrail is incorrect.
