Step to reproduce an issue (omit for feature request)

• open sample file (remove the .txt extension)

• some blocks are opened rotated or mirrored:

Expected behaviour
The blocks should opened as seen in LibreCAD (BircsCAD opens them the same way)

Note that similar behavior happens when the DXF file is imported to FreeCAD, it might be the same culprit: FreeCAD/FreeCAD#28905

Note: after doing some changes in the file, I am not able to save it. Saving simply does not work. Should I create an independent issue report for this?

Did you create a block before you couldn't save the file?

Did you create a block before you couldn't save the file?

No. The whole drawing was created in BricsCAD. It is not possible to save the file from Design even if no changes are done.

You are right. I am not able to open the OP file in Autodesk TrueView, there seems to be corruption in the hatch object.

I am providing a new file with the mirrored block issue. I am able to open this one in without issue in TrueView and BricsCAD. The file was created in BricsCAD.

This is how it looks like in Desgin-Web (I will check the desktop version tomorrow, but I expect the same result) - circlede door blocks are mirrored in the wrong way:

Note another issue is visible here: some of the blocks don't inherit the layer color, even though their definition geometry is placed on Layer 0 and the color setting of block instances is ByLayer.
Let me know if I should open this as an independent issue - it seem unrelated to the OP issue.

EDIT: I am able to reproduce both issues in the desktop version 50-alpha1
