Problems installing Bulk Rename Utility

I am trying to install Bulk Rename Utility but I am receiving the following error:

The original maintainer of this repository, @dtgm, is no longer active, and as a result, this issue may not get a solution.

The issue that you are seeing is due to the fact that the download URL in the package:

https://www.bulkrenameutility.co.uk/Downloads/BRU_setup.exe

No longer exists, so a new package version needs to be added to the package.
