Use the flutterconKE website redesign as the source of truth to guide the Flutter app redesign. This issue should establish the visual language, component patterns, and rollout plan for the mobile app so it aligns with the new flutterconKE 2026 branding.

Goals

• Define the Flutter app's updated design language based on the flutterconKE rebrand
• Identify the core screens/components that should be redesigned first
• Translate the flutterconKE web redesign decisions into mobile-friendly UI patterns
• Ensure dark mode, typography, spacing, and color usage match the flutterconKE brand system
• Plan implementation phases so the redesign can be rolled out safely

Design directions to carry over

• Flutter-blue con logo and mascot treatment
• Color system from flutterconKE Figma export (replacing current colors with fluttercon-specific palette)
• Heavy grotesque display typography (Rauschen B where appropriate)
• Halftone / dot-pattern visual treatment
• Rounded cards and stat-style components
• Skyline / footer-inspired brand motifs where they fit mobile UX

Suggested implementation plan

1. Audit current Flutter screens against the flutterconKE brand direction
2. Define reusable theme tokens and typography styles using flutterconKE color palette
3. Update navigation, landing/home screens, and supporting sections
4. Apply the new component language across remaining screens
5. Validate responsive behavior, accessibility, and dark mode

Acceptance criteria

• A clear Flutter redesign plan exists and is aligned with the flutterconKE web rebrand
• Figma references are featured in the issue for implementation guidance
• The issue identifies the first screens and components to update
• The color scheme is based on the flutterconKE website palette (from Figma variables export)
• The redesign plan is actionable for Flutter development
