CockroachDB Support

It would be great to have CockroachDB support. This DB allows for tons of high availability low latency queries with regional databases in a cluster and global tables.

Is support for this in the pipeline?

Just tested Drizzle ORM with CockroachDB. Interestingly I can create a database tables on first run, but I can't upgrade it. Second npm run db:push will always fail:

Funny enough there are no integers in my schema, only text and timestamps. Just thought that I leave this here in case you want to slowly add some compatibility.

And serial('id').primaryKey() doesn't really work, at least you can't declare it as integer reference.
