add a tool to obtain metrics

IT would be nice to have a tool or some sort of reference to an analytics system to calculate the impact positive/not so positive of a protest:

• count number of people that die during any protest
• damage to public property
• estimated value in the money needed to repair assets destroyed during protests
• Legal actions that the opposers to the protest will take i.e. forum, the inclusion of new laws, etc
• number of hours used in the protest
• estimated number of people who attend
• number of people covering their faces to protect their identity from the evil system Vs courageous protesters who don't cover their faces

etc.
