Unable to see virtual camera in OCR

I've tried to install and uninstall the virtual camera and the entire OBS suite multiple times. Reboot between installs as well. Google meet recognizes the Virtual Camera plugin but not the OCR software.

I'm using OBS version 28.1.2, and the recommended virtual camera plugin.

The solution was to install the virtual camera v2.0.5 then install 3.0.0 - apparently some missing files were required.
