Cannot perform runtime binding on null reference

I had everything up and running well, didn't use it for a while, tonight I went to use it, started up OBS, started up the virtual camera on my source, started MM2OCR and it would refuse to start with the error "Cannot perform runtime binding on null reference".. I shut everything down and went through all the steps and it just doesn't want to work... I'll play with it some more and see if I find a problem in my system

One small feature I'd like to see is a death counter reset by the start/stop buttons :)

I am having the same issue. I followed all of the instructions to a T and am getting the same error message.
