Add RAWGraphs and Datawrapper to Tools tab

Some of our downloadable data is ready to be visualised in RAWGraphs.io. It is possible to paste data from URL ("Please, be sure the server is CORS-enabled."). Let us check if we can add this option to our Tools tab. The same goes for Datawrapper. This would be great opportunities for out-of-the-box visualisations with data coming directly from DraCor.

I looked into RAWGraphs and can confirm that loading data from DraCor works via the form. To integrate it like the other tools there would have to be a parameter implemented by them we could provide the URL of the data to be fetched from (same with GephiLite, need to to them an ask/create an issue – https://github.com/rawgraphs/rawgraphs-app).

I looked at the code, there is a function

This doesn't help us to integrate it without a URL parameter.

Regarding Datawrapper: Seems to be different from what we had so far: an option would be to use their API https://developer.datawrapper.de/docs/creating-a-chart-new First, need to "register"/"create" a chart via API call to their service, then, proceed (have not looked into detail). Seems the most complicated approach we had so far.

Fazit: Both tools can not be integrated so easily as with, let's say, CLARIN Switchboard. Maybe split that up into two issues, because we need different approaches: Asking, in the case of RAWGraphs and multi-step API whatever in the case of Datawrapper..
