Fetch html instead of pdf from folketinget #30

Manipulate the URL like so:
Eksempel:

https://www.ft.dk/samling/20231/almdel/TRU/spm/166/2806434.pdf

kan ændres til

https://www.ft.dk/samling/20231/almdel/TRU/spm/166/2806434/index.htm

Ie cut off ".pdf" and replace with "/index.htm"
