Conduct a literary review (i.e. read papers) about the state of the art in our problem. Take notes and put them in the background section of the paper (to be modified later).
These our things to look for:
- What is the state of the art now in "Isolated Sign Language Recognition"
- Joint/pose estimation (media pipe, e.t.c.)
- 3D vision transformer and other transformer-based models for video input
- Segmentation (Yolo v12, other techniques which crop out just the hands or nothing else)
