Release SOS that works with .NET 11 preview 4+

The latest dotnet-sos from nuget.org fails to work with .NET 11 previews.

The error is:

The CLR debugging layer reported a version of 10 which this build of ClrMD does not support.

dotnet/runtime#125231 changed the required version to 10.

Can you release a version of SOS that uses the latest ClrMD?
