Contribute LUFS extractor to Meyda?

Hi there,

AWESOME WORK! Really great to see others working on audio feature extraction in JS. Some friends and I have been working on meyda, a collection of audio feature extractors in JS, and are wondering if you'd consider submitting a PR to add LUFS to the collection? We'd really like to support as many audio features as possible, and we received a request for this one.

Thanks! Its a little rough around the edges but I'm looking to rewrite parts of it soon.
