docs(de): align templates card with EN translation

The EN landing page was updated with a new 'Custom Templates' card.
The DE card was titled 'Flexible Themes' with slightly different copy.

Rename to 'Anpassbare Templates' and align the description with the EN
copy so the three landing pages read consistently across locales.

Note: ZH already had '灵活主题' with equivalent content from the
earlier translation pass (commit 776f28c), so no change was needed
there.
