Hope you're well. Had a question from one of the properties using the SiDAP client.
Are there any requirements to running the application? (e.g. keeping the computer on, Windows user logged in, etc)? They've mentioned that the same happens with the Mews Connector application, so I wondered if it might be more related to the computer environment they have, rather than with the SiDAP application itself.
With the “Sidap police service” in Mews (Marketplace), the guest data is created and then transmitted to the police with the locally installed service API "Mehr". As a rule, this works very well. However, it happens again and again that the API "Mehr" service no longer works without being noticed. Is there a way to ensure that the service is always restarted automatically?
Are there any troubleshooting questions we should ask the property? The property has said that they haven't restarted the application in order to preserve the same conditions.
