Support for STM32H7 family

I have been struggling with this since 2021 for stm32g491 support. I have finally done the work and added the pull request #54 . stm32h family will probably require even more heavy lifting, but a fair amount of copy and paste one would hope, since it was easy-peasy to add stm32g491 Category 4 flash device support to the existing stm32g4 Category 2 and 3 flash device support.

The important thing is that you need the system using the chip to work through the issues, so only motivated individuals with the platform at hand.
