[Feature Request] A way to find untagged or "number of tags" cards

I downloaded the Character Archive torrent and am seeding it, I found that there are a LOT of people who don't tag properly or not at all. It would be nice if there was a "any/all/none/untagged" button next to the tags selector. Maybe a second field to find an "or" option.
