Hi, I ordered the PCBs from JLCPCB and the technical service sent me two messages. The first one was for a hole diameter that I modified in the file and the second one was a missing trace causing a run on the 3rd layer. Do you have this problem during production with Nucdeck left top controller?

As shown below, there is no trace and copper pour on layer 3, is that normal? Shall we proceed layer 3 as empty layer?
