Write better docs on how to use a custom couchDB config

I was trying to use this project with my currently established couchDB instance, and i was having trouble finding where I might be able to specify the host/port and other relevant configs, so i believe that there should be a better specification on how to do this in the README.md file.

I'm sorry for the inconvenient, I still consider this project a work in progress while I'm architecting some features.

You are definitely right about more details in readme.
Have you been able to used it? I can try to improve the readme in two days to help you, but I would be more than happy to receive PRs.

Hey @manobi,

No worries, I set up a testbed to play around with some of the configurations while I try to implement this for a notifications system. So far it's been pretty straight forward. I took a look through some of your code to get a better understanding of how it worked, so you don't need to rush better docs although they would be appreciated.

Also, since i wrote the first comment, i've been able to use it, Im trying to implement the repeating feature for recurrent notifications now.
