I ask because the installation instructions I find here:
https://djpugh.github.io/MTfit/setup.html#running-the-test-suite
do not seem to correspond with the repo I just cloned from:
https://github.com/djpugh/MTfit.git

setup.py does not recognize build-docs or build-ext so neither of those work.
e.g.,

python setup.py build-docs
invalid command name 'build-docs'

Hi @mikehagerty, apologies for not replying sooner, for some reason I didn't get any notifications for this repo. I'm not actively maintaining this at the moment, as I'm no longer working in this field. I do come back to the code every once in a while and see what I can do/improve, and if there is significant interest in using the codebase, I can probably have a deeper look at it.
