This project comes up high in search results but bcrypt.io appears to be dead. The Java version cannot verify hashes made with the Node version and there are issues from 8 years ago.

This project has nothing to do with bcrypt.io.

The bcrypt algorithm is stable so little development is needed.

A hash generated with a Node BCrypt implementation doesn't work because of an "Invalid salt revision":

at org.mindrot.jbcrypt.BCrypt.checkpw(BCrypt.java:764)

So there have been some changes. I understand that these may be changes outside of the Java version but this is the same bug that was ignored 8 years ago - #2.
