Track the Janet worker SIGSEGV and its mitigations

Three crash reports from jolt-lang.github.io on 0.24.1 pin the fault to
janet_dict_find reading a freed JanetTable->data on the plugin worker
thread. Root cause is still open; the containment and diagnostics work is
filed separately so it isn't blocked on it.
