Ability to ignore CRDs in a predefined list

Hey, just dropping this issue as a feature request. It'd be awesome to have some kind of 'ignore list' for CRDs. Some of them, like the `Crossplane` ones, kinda clutter up the proper definitions and mess with the experience.

I'm gonna try to implement this and push it back when I get a chance, but wanted to log it here in the meantime.
