Recognize speech from voice note to text and keep just text and a screen shot of the video note

Like the following:

1. Download the video note.
2. Extract audio track from the video note.
3. Recognize the audio track to text the same way as with voice note.
4. Save a thumbnail of the note (or gif) and the text to the vault.
5. Delete temporary video note file.
