Quicksilver Install Profile Command Erroring Out

Executing polymer pantheon:quicksilver:install-profile results in below error even after executing polymer pantheon:terminus:plugins:install

 [error]  Some Terminus plugins are not installed. To install configured plugins, run: polymer pantheon:terminus:plugins:install. 

Steps to Reproduce -

1. Install Polymer Pantheon Drupal Package
2. Run polymer pantheon:quicksilver:install-profile - Confirm you see the error "Terminus Plugins are not installed"
3. Run polymer pantheon:terminus:plugins:install - Confirm that all plugins are installed successfully.
4. Re-Run polymer pantheon:quicksilver:install-profile - Confirm you see the error "Terminus Plugins are not installed"

It looks like DDEV installs with Terminus 4.x and it's not compatible with the 1.x version of the Terminus Quicksilver Plugin https://github.com/pantheon-systems/terminus-quicksilver-plugin. Needs to be handled upstream. In the meantime, at Digital Polygon we can make sure our DDEV projects are locked to the 3.x version of Terminus.
