Empty PR for regenerating the screenshots

Describe the Bug

The last two PRs for regenerating the screenshots have been empty (#1515). This seems to be related to the maestro version not being pinned and so updating over 2.7.0 where the path of the outFile appears to have changed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Regenerate store screenshots #1515
2. See that it's empty

Locally:

1. Be on maestro 2.7.0 or less
2. Remove the screenshots from /ios/fastlane/screenshots/de-DE
3. Run a prod build: yarn ios:production --simulator "iPhone 17 Pro Max"
4. Run yarn screenshots:ios
5. See that the screenshots are filled in.
6. Install a higher maestro version
7. Remove the screenshots again
8. Run yarn screenshots:ios
9. See that the screenshots remain empty

Expected Behavior

There should definitely be new screenshots on the most recent one because the size of the iOS ones should have changed.
