Group reports by the offer they are referring to

Motivation

Similarly to #93, the reports are currently sorted by date (or more accurately, ID) in increasing order (meaning oldest first, and no grouping by offer).

Proposed Solution

I'd suggest grouping them by offer, and sorting them by date in decreasing order within each offer. This grouping should not only be done logically, but also visually, i.e. only showing offer details once, with all reports listed inside the same offer card.
