Motivation
Currently, it's on the board members to track changes and past reports. This is not really practical in the long run.
User Story
As a Board member, I would like more information when deciding on approving/rejecting an offer:
- is this the first version of that offer or an edit?
- have there been reports of this offer in the past? (Show me!)
- what has changed since the last version / the last report?
- how did I vote last time? Why? (reject message)
Proposed Solution
Instead of voting from a list view, Board members should get a new view where all of the above information is shown in a timeline/diff-like view. We already store all necessary information for this feature.
