Automated nightly regeneration of tend workflow files.
The only change is the removal of
.github/workflows/tend-install-test.yaml.uvx tend@latest init(tend 0.0.25) no longer emits this workflow, so regeneration drops it. The other 8 tend workflows regenerate byte-identically (no version change).This removal is expected — it was anticipated by the maintainer in the workaround commit 188e290 ("Patch tend-install-test around tend issue #582"), whose message notes: "Exclude this file from the drift comparison since the patch diverges from generator output until the upstream fix lands; the file is removed on the next nightly regen." See max-sixty/tend#582.
If you'd rather keep the patched install-test workflow until the upstream fix lands, close this PR; the file will reappear in the next nightly diff until tend regenerates it again.
