Thanks @hana189. You're right: OmniRoute only has the China-region CodeBuddy today (codebuddy-cn, which talks to copilot.tencent.com). The provider's source even reserves the alias cbai for an international variant, but nothing has been built behind it.

I've opened #15173 to track it. I haven't verified how the international service works yet: its endpoint, login flow and model catalog all need checking against the real service before any code, so I can't give you a date. If you can share a captured CLI session against codebuddy.ai with the tokens redacted, or want to take a first pass at the provider, that would move it faster. This discussion stays open for now.
