Thanks for the log, @yoursshadow50. It narrows this down a lot.

ChatGPT Web first-party bridge module failed to load comes from open-sse/utils/chatgptWebFirstParty.ts. To send a request, the ChatGPT Web provider drives a browser session on chatgpt.com, finds ChatGPT's own request module among the page's scripts, and loads a small module that imports it. That module's <script> fired its error event, so the browser refused or failed to load it. Every model fails the same way in your log (gpt-5-6, gpt-5.6-luna-free, ...-thinking) because they all go through that same step.

What the error can't tell us is why. The browser's error event carries no reason, and the provider doesn't currently read the page's console, where the actual cause (a blocked script, a missing file) would show up. That's something we need to fix on our side, tracked in #14773.

To help narrow it down:

1. Did ChatGPT Web ever work on this install, and if so, roughly when did it stop?
2. Which image are you running exactly? Please paste the output of docker image inspect <image> --format '{{index .RepoDigests 0}}'.
3. Does the ChatGPT account open normally in a regular browser, without a verification or "unusual activity" prompt?

The [HealthCheck] Skipping trae/... (refresh unsupported) lines are unrelated. They only mean those Trae connections can't be refreshed automatically.

@yoursshadow50 Please log that ChatGPT account out of all sessions right now. Your comment from September 24 contained the full cookie export, including __Secure-next-auth.session-token.0/.1. Anyone who copies that token is logged in as you. This is a public page, indexed and mirrored, so treat the token as already copied.

In ChatGPT: Settings → Security → Log out of all devices. That invalidates the session token. Then sign in again and export fresh cookies for OmniRoute. I've edited your comment to remove the cookie values, but the original version stays visible in the comment's edit history, so logging out is what actually protects you.

We won't use the cookies to test, and please don't post credentials here again. The error text is all we need, never the session itself.

On the bug: thanks, "it doesn't work on the previous version either, and the account is fresh and works in a browser" is useful. It points at something that changed on chatgpt.com, not at your account or a recent OmniRoute change. That's what #14773 is for: making the provider report the real reason the bridge fails, then checking it against a live session. I'll post here when there's something to try.
