Svelte VRM Live Individual Contributor License Agreement (v1)

Thank you for your interest in contributing to Svelte VRM Live (the "Project"). This Contributor License Agreement ("Agreement") documents the rights granted by you to the Project maintainers and the broader community.

1. Definitions

"Contribution" means any original work of authorship, including any modifications or additions to existing work, that you Submit to the Project in any form and in any manner.

2. Copyright License

You hereby grant to the Project maintainers and to recipients of software distributed by the Project a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable copyright license to reproduce, prepare derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, sublicense, and distribute your Contributions and such derivative works under the terms of the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 or any later version (AGPL-3.0-or-later).

3. Patent License

You hereby grant to the Project and its downstream users a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, no-charge, royalty-free, irrevocable patent license to make, have made, use, offer to sell, sell, import, and otherwise transfer your Contribution, where such license applies only to those patent claims that are necessarily infringed by your Contribution alone or by combination of your Contribution with the Project.

4. Moral Rights

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you waive, and agree not to assert, all of your moral rights in or relating to your Contributions for the benefit of the Project and its licensees.

5. Representations

You represent that:

  1. Each Contribution is an original work authored by you or that you have the necessary rights to submit the Contribution.
  2. You are legally entitled to grant the above licenses.
  3. No Contribution is intentionally misleading or violates the rights of any third party.

6. Disclaimer of Warranty

THE CONTRIBUTION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

You accept and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement by clicking "I agree" (or an equivalent mechanism) or by making a Contribution after being prompted by the CLA bot.
