Application Load Balancer

**Objectives:**
- Create an ALB that will listen on port 443
- Traffic shoud be redirected to containers running on ECS
- Load Balancer is publicly acessible

**Acceptance Criteria:**
- Accessing the load balancer URL will reach the wordpress container
- Security Group associated is only allowing connection on port 443
